EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer in Colombia to bridge business priorities with hands-on engineering across a distributed organization.

You will shape architecture, design flows, and build production-ready backlogs for the India team. You will work with React and TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js/Python on the backend, delivering AI-enabled integrations across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise tools.

Formación

• Three-plus years of hands-on, relevant full-stack engineering experience.
• Active delivery record with modern frontend and backend stacks.
• Experience with API design, integration patterns, and security considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Translate use cases into architecture designs, UX/flow diagrams, and a production backlog.
• Develop and interconnect workflows across enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle HCMT).
• Lead integration projects including authentication, MCP tool access, RBAC, and error handling.
• Coordinate daily with India-based team to review PRs, resolve blockers, and ensure quality.

We're aiming to bring a Senior Fullstack Developer onto our expanding team. This position connects high-level business priorities with hands-on technical implementation across a widely distributed, multi-department organization. You'll infuse structured engineering rigor into fluid, still-forming problems, all while contributing to how the organization adopts and integrates new technology.
