AgileEngine in Pereira, Colombia, is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and deliver backend services with Java/Spring Boot and an Angular frontend.

You will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive architecture modernization toward domain-driven design while building scalable RESTful APIs and robust data models using PostgreSQL or Oracle.

Formación

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• 6+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong grasp of OOAD, design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness.
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design and bounded contexts.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL and Oracle; familiarity with JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the supporting Angular frontend and ensure UI-backend integration.
• Lead архитектural modernization toward domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor and guide junior developers; promote Agile practices.
• Confidently push back on improper approaches to maintain architecture.
