Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java/Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead technical execution, mentor engineers, and push for domain-driven design across systems.

The role emphasizes strong backend and API design skills, with experience in Kafka, relational databases, and modern software architecture. Flexible work options are available, including remote and office settings.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead, with ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• 6+ years in Java/Spring Boot and Angular with strong backend focus.
• Hands-on Kafka experience for streaming and messaging.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness.
• Deep Domain-Driven Design understanding with bounded contexts.
• Extensive RESTful API design and consumption experience.
• Proficiency with relational DBs (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
