Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• 6+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architecture awareness.
• Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design and bounded contexts.
• Extensive RESTful API design and consumption experience.
• Backend-focused mindset with emphasis on performance and clean architecture.
• Proficient English (Upper-intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and drive squad delivery to high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend to integrate with backend services.
• Lead architectural modernization toward domain-driven structures and bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs and ensure scalable, clean integration patterns.
