AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and stay hands-on building Java backend services and the supporting Angular frontend.

Requirements include 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, hands-on Kafka, domain-driven design with bounded contexts, RESTful API design, PostgreSQL or Oracle with JPA/Hibernate, and an upper-intermediate English level.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring juniors.
• 6+ years with Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, and architecture.
• Deep Domain-Driven Design with bounded contexts.
• RESTful APIs development and consumption.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-heavy mindset focusing on server-side performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the squad and drive timely delivery with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend integration.
• Lead domain-driven modernization with bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP semantics.
