AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a development squad, mentor junior engineers, and stay hands-on with Java back-end services and an Angular frontend.

You will drive technical leadership, design robust systems, and advance a domain-driven architecture with RESTful APIs. The role requires 6+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, hands-on Kafka, DDD, and an upper-intermediate English level.

Formación

• Must have proven leadership as Tech Lead or Squad Lead mentoring juniors.
• Deep Java (Spring Boot) and Angular expertise with 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience and domain-driven design with bounded contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the squad and drive delivery with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend and ensure UI-backend cohesion.
• Advance architecture towards domain-driven structures with clear bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with standard patterns and clean design.
• Mentor juniors and promote agile practices within the team.
• Advocate for best practices and architectural integrity.
