Job summary

EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a Scrum team and tackle back-end and front-end tasks. You will work with Python (FastAPI) and modern frontend tech, leveraging Infrastructure as Code and AWS for cloud deployments.

You will collaborate with teammates, perform code reviews, and participate in all Scrum ceremonies, applying AI-aware practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on Python experience with FastAPI for backend services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and AWS.
• Proficient in Postgres, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind on frontend.
• Strong RESTful API design and JSON data handling.
• Agile, Scrum experience and strong communication in distributed teams.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Scrum team and tackle a variety of back-end and front-end tasks. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Python and an Infrastructure as Code approach. The candidate should also have experience with AWS, Postgres relational DB, and Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind on the front end. This role involves active collaboration within the team, conducting code reviews, and participating in all Scrum ceremonies.
