EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive an end-to-end data governance and exploration platform. Shape core features from frontend to backend and guide engineering practices to ship reliably.

You will design responsive interfaces, build scalable backend services, and collaborate across product, design and data engineering teams. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for cross-functional success.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with Python and modern web frameworks.
• Strong experience with FastAPI, ReactJS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS for deploying and operating applications.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving code quality through reviews.
• Excellent cross-functional communication in English (B2).
