EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Python Software Engineer to drive high-quality delivery across Python services and modern React/NextJS front ends in Scrum. You will pair with the team on AWS, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as Code, lead code reviews, and apply AI in the SDLC.

You will deliver back-end and front-end work, review code, participate in Scrum ceremonies, troubleshoot bugs, and help improve engineering practices across a distributed team.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Tailwind, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, REST, and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent communication and distributed-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of AI, Claude, and AI applications in the SDLC.
• English proficiency at B2+.
