MPS Group LLC in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive cloud-native applications across backend and frontend layers. You will own module delivery, design scalable microservices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and React, plus cloud deployments and modern DevOps practices. Strong leadership and end-to-end ownership are expected.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Node.js backend development.
• Proven experience building systems using microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience building APIs using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred).
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations (nice to have).
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems) (nice to have).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments (nice to have).
• Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Develop and maintain frontend components using React.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Deploy and operate applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Build and maintain APIs (REST / GraphQL) ensuring performance and scalability.
• Lead technical decisions considering architecture, performance, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Debug and resolve production issues, improving system reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
