Lean Tech in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end projects from architecture through deployment, building scalable cloud-native apps with React on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS on the backend.

You will work across the stack, define best practices, and integrate AI tooling and LLM-based agents into products and workflows. Fluent English is essential for international collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Senior Full Stack Developer delivering end-to-end projects.
• Expertise in React, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Strong Node.js/NestJS skills plus Python for APIs/AI workflows.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL DBs, Redis, and AWS IaC tooling.
• Hands-on with AI tooling, LLM agent development, and vector DBs.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end projects from architecture design to deployment.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with Node.js/NestJS.
• Develop responsive frontend apps using React and state management.
• Design and optimize databases, caching, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Integrate AI tooling and fine-tune LLM-based agents into workflows.
