MPS Group LLC in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive cloud-native applications across backend and frontend layers. You will own module delivery, design scalable microservices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and React, plus cloud deployments and modern DevOps practices. Strong leadership and end-to-end ownership are expected.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Node.js backend development.
• Proven experience building systems using microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience building APIs using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred).
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations (nice to have).
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems) (nice to have).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments (nice to have).
• Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools (nice to have).

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and React, focused on building scalable, cloud-native applications. This role combines hands-on engineering with module ownership and technical leadership, requiring end-to-end responsibility for backend services and collaboration with frontend development. You will work on microservices architectures deployed in cloud environments, contributing to both backend and frontend layers. At this level, you are expected to own delivery outcomes, influence design decisions, and guide team execution across modules.
