Publicis Sapient in Bogotá seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and implement scalable cloud-native microservices using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, and React. You will own end-to-end delivery across backend and frontend layers, guiding architecture and ensuring robust, scalable solutions in cloud environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality software, and driving DevOps practices to improve delivery and reliability.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with Node.js backend development.
• Mandatory experience with React (hands-on).
• Proven experience building systems using microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience building APIs using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred).
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Develop frontend components using React.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Deploy and operate applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Build and maintain APIs using REST/GraphQL with performance in mind.
• Lead architectural decisions considering scalability and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Debug and resolve production issues to improve reliability and observability.
