Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer proficient in Java/Spring Boot and React, with a strong curiosity for AI-augmented engineering. You will build production-grade digital platforms and leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience building and deploying full-stack applications.
• Strong backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Strong frontend development skills using React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based UI design.
• Experience using AI coding assistants as part of the daily development workflow.
• Ability to demonstrate how you use AI agents to generate/refactor code, write tests, analyze logs, and scaffold applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using Java (Spring/Spring Boot) on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Use AI coding agents to increase development velocity, generate scaffolding, write tests, and optimize code.
• Implement clean, scalable APIs and modular front-end components to support enterprise-grade digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers to translate client problems into shipped features.
• Apply CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, clean code, performance tuning, and cloud-native deployment.
• Debug complex issues across the stack using traditional and AI-assisted diagnostics.
