FullStack is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead client engagements, craft technically compelling proposals, and translate business needs into scalable architectures across multi-cloud environments.

You will drive pre-sales automation, architect AI-enabled web/mobile solutions, and mentor delivery teams while engaging enterprise clients for value-driven outcomes. This role is 100% remote with international client exposure.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering and architectural leadership.
• Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for AI workflows.
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Fluent English for international client engagement.

The Position

FullStack is seeking an experienced, client-facing Solutions Architect with strong pre-sales acumen and deep technical expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python (especially for AI use cases), and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). The right candidate blends hands‑on architectural mastery with polished client authority, driving technical conversations during prospecting, client pitches, and solution design. In addition to core delivery responsibilities, you will leverage pre-sales automation AI tools to streamline technical proposals, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and serve as the consultative bridge between business goals and scalable technical execution, with a focus on driving changes to create deals through the translation of business to tech needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Leadership

• Prospecting & Client Presence: Meet directly with prospecting clients, leading technical presentations, discovery sessions, and solution demos with an authoritative, articulate, and presentable style.
• Pre‑Sales Automation: Integrate and utilize automated AI tools to optimize proposal generation, architecture documentation, client scoping, and pre‑sales workflows.
• Business Acumen: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps that align with client ROI, budget constraints, and strategic vision.
• Resilience & Agility: Effortlessly navigate tight turnarounds and demanding sales cycles while maintaining an analytical, outcome‑focused mindset.

Architecture & Technical Delivery

• Lead solution architecture for complex web/mobile applications, cloud migrations, systems integration, platform modernization, and AI‑powered solutions.
• Architect scalable, maintainable full‑stack systems primarily using JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), supplemented by Python for AI integration.
• Design robust multi‑cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, adhering to modern CI/CD, microservices, and API best practices.
• Partner with AI/ML engineering teams to explore and integrate intelligent, automated features into enterprise applications.
• Provide technical mentorship to development teams, enforcing code quality, security, and architectural standards.

Scoping and Commercial Judgment

• Evaluate technical trade‑offs through a financial perspective to be able to answer one of the most common questions: “optimize build vs. buy decision”
• Structure complex multi‑year solution proposals that balance competitive deal pricing with long‑term client needs and account strategy
• Balance customer needs with technical reality that deliver fast‑to‑value without over‑promising capability

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering and architectural leadership experience.
• Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and React) and modern Python (specifically applied to AI workflows).
• Cloud Architecture: Hands‑on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (verified via background check).
• Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) for direct international client engagement.
• Sales & Consultation: Demonstrated background in pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting, or client‑facing advisory roles.
• AI Tooling: Hands‑on experience using AI‑driven automation tools in pre‑sales or technical workflow contexts.
• Agile Decision‑Making: Handles fast‑moving deal cycles and high‑pressure client demands with steady composure.
• Client‑Facing Authority: Wins trust during prospective client pitches and executive presentations.
