Job summary

Sutherland in Bogotá seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate financial data into actionable FP&A insights. You will develop executive dashboards and support forecasting and reporting, partnering with Finance, Operations and Technology to deliver reliable data and scalable models.

You will implement data governance, validation, and metadata governance, ensuring alignment between planning, ERP and BI layers, and you will present insights to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in FP&A, business finance, or analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI including DAX, dataflows, and modeling.
• Experience with Qlik, Looker, or other analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
• Support leadership with insights for performance, trends, and operational metrics.
• Translate complex findings into business-ready insights.
• Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and metadata governance.
• Ensure consistent alignment of data across planning, ERP, and BI layers.
