Sutherland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in FP&A Insights & Analytics to transform financial data into actionable insights.

You will build executive dashboards in Power BI, support forecasting and reporting, and collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Tech to deliver reliable data and scalable models.

Experience in Power BI and analytics tools like Qlik or Looker is preferred, with strong communication to senior leadership.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent.
5+ years in FP&A, Business Finance, or Analytics.
Expertise in Power BI including DAX, dataflows, and modeling.
Experience with Qlik, Looker, or other analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

Own the development of executive-level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
Support leadership with insights for performance, trends, and operational metrics.
Translate complex findings into business-ready insights.
