Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to join our finance team in Bogotá. The role focuses on budgeting, planning, forecasting and financial reporting to partner with regional teams.

You will drive variance analyses, assist in forecasts, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Strong Excel and Hyperion skills, plus 5+ years in finance, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Assist in budgeting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with business partners across countries to develop forecasts and annual budgets.
