Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related areas.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Perform P&L analysis and explain drivers of revenue, expenses, and margins.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and presentations for leadership.
• Conduct reconciliations and assist month-end close activities.
• Analyze data across ERP and reporting systems to improve accuracy.
