Mastercard is seeking an Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will support budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and reporting for the North Latin America region, partnering with Finance Business Partners and controllers to drive informed decision‑making.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or related finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial systems.

Formación

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, controlling, or related roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with financial systems and BI tools (Hyperion/Oracle).

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly close by analyzing variances vs budget/forecast and year‑over‑year.
• Prepare standardized financial reports and KPI dashboards for management.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability across North LAC; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Assist with deal analysis, forecasting, accruals and performance tracking.
