Huzzle is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support growth with data-driven insights. The role focuses on financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced remote environment.

The candidate should translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and executives. Strong Excel skills and SaaS/FinTech familiarity are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 2+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgeting plans.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, and operational metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support cash flow forecasting and expense management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and sales.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
