Job summary

WSP en Colombia seeks a skilled Financial Project Manager to lead finance for strategic projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Analysts, and Leaders to ensure budgets, forecasts, and cash flow align with business goals across local and international markets.

You will drive financial planning, risk management, and performance reporting, shaping profitability and efficiency while supporting strategic planning and portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project financial management or PMO environments.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial controls, profitability analysis, and cash flow for large and complex projects.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, consulting, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, management, and control of projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee project revenues, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow performance.
• Partner with Project Managers to meet financial objectives and contractual requirements.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual project financial reviews.
