Job summary

WSP en Colombia is seeking an Intermediate Financial Analyst to support financial performance across strategic projects. The role partners with project managers and finance teams to analyze trends, monitor budgets, and drive informed decision-making on a global scale.

The ideal candidate brings 6–9 years in financial analysis, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards. Bilingual French/English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
6–9 years in financial analysis, planning, or similar roles.
Proven budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis experience.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards.
French-English bilingualism required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing financial analysis to evaluate project and business performance.
Support development, consolidation, and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor costs, revenues, margins, and profitability of projects.
Analyze variances between budgets, forecasts and actual results.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Partner with Project Managers to support financial management of projects.
Assist with invoicing activities and revenue tracking.
Participate in monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
Develop financial models and analytical tools for decision-making.
Prepare KPIs and financial dashboards; ensure data integrity.
