Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Finance & Supply Chain) to translate business objectives into functional requirements and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and IT across ERP initiatives.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Business Analysis for Finance or Supply Chain, strong knowledge of finance processes, and experience with requirements management, process mapping, and UAT. Oracle EBS familiarity and ERP transformations are a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain.
Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to translate objectives into functional requirements.
Analyze processes, document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.
