Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) to collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders. The role focuses on deriving clear functional requirements, process improvements, and end-to-end support from design to post-production.

You will drive UAT, document requirements, and oversee successful ERP transformations in a remote setting with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Background in large high-tech enterprise environments.
• Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs.
