Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) to collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and IT, translating business needs into clear requirements for ERP implementations. You will drive analysis, document specifications, and support solution design across the project lifecycle in a remote, international setup.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience in Finance or SCM, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in UAT and requirements management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Background in large high-tech enterprise environments.
• Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs.
