Job summary

Marathon Talent is seeking a senior finance professional responsible for turning financial insight into strategic decisions. The role involves leading forecasts across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and partnering with R&D and Product to translate analytics into action within a fully remote setup from Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, modeling and interpreting statements.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business focus.
• Ability to communicate across departments and executives in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Shape the plan: forecast across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Analyze KPIs, budget-to-actuals, variances and explain implications.
• Partner with R&D and Product to link insights to actions.
• Build and improve financial models for planning and ad-hoc analysis.
• Improve financial controls, processes, budgets and reporting.
• Connect financial and operating performance with other teams.
