Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. seeks a senior finance leader to oversee Colombia and Panama finance, reporting to the Latam Finance Director. You will run FP&A, model budgets, and support debt investor relations, ensuring strong controls and accurate forecasting.

You will collaborate with the regional GM and FP&A in the US, delivering KPI dashboards and ensuring compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience in fintech or banking contexts.
• Experience with Colombian and Panamanian markets and regulation.
• Strong Excel modelling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A and debt investor servicing for LatAm.
• Develop top-down and bottom-up financial models for budgeting and pricing.
• Provide KPI reporting to headquarters in the USA.
• Model partnerships with regional GM and manage monthly budget vs. actuals.
• Reconcile Local GAAP vs US GAAP with accounting.
• Assist with audits and tax validation.
