Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá seeks a Senior Manager, Country Finance Manager MedTech US and Abiomed Global Controllership to lead actuals, close governance and reporting under US GAAP. You will partner with regional and global finance leaders to drive insights, risk management and a scalable finance organization from Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with controllership, accounting, external or management reporting.
• At least 5 years of people-leadership experience leading managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS/local GAAP exposure and statutory reporting preferred.
• Experience supporting North American markets or senior NA stakeholders preferred.
• English proficiency at C1 level; able to lead executive meetings and presentations.
• Experience with SAP and enterprise financial reporting environments; exposure to BRAVO, TM1/EPM, Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own controllership of actuals for the assigned portfolio and lead reporting under US GAAP.
• Lead end-to-end close governance, including pre-close readiness, closing calendar, TB review and final close sign-off.
• Translate financial results into clear insights for Finance Directors, CFOs and business leaders.
• Act as the primary Global Services Finance partner for the assigned businesses.
• Lead across A2R, GSF, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Compliance and other process teams.
• Establish disciplined risk and issue management with clear accountability.
• Maintain a strong control environment, SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Shape the future-state organization with governance, talent needs and scalable service delivery.
• Drive simplification, standardization, automation and digital enablement across the portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
