Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá is seeking a Team Lead - Country Finance Manager for Vision Care Americas and Surgical Vision Brazil. You will support end-to-end financial services across US/Canada markets and lead a team of 2 SFAs across LATAM and Brazil, blending Accounting to Report with Finance Business Partnering.

The ideal candidate has strong executive presence and cross-cultural leadership, fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience, including shared services and commercial finance.
• Experience with SAP, TM1, BRAVO, and other financial systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across diverse groups.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with timely, accurate statements.
• Own Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet reviews; BS-75 reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Drive standardization and process improvement across markets leveraging digital tools.
• Act as strategic finance advisor to senior leaders across One Americas region.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support planning, forecasting, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives, M&A and projects.
• Identify and execute value-generating process improvements (cost avoidance, revenue).
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team in LATAM; support cross-country businesses.
• Foster curiosity, growth mindset, and accountability; champion DEI and engagement initiatives.
