Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Finance Manager CFM IM Americas in Bogotá to lead the controllership agenda for Innovative Medicine Americas. You will own actuals, ensure timely reporting under US GAAP, and drive governance and end-to-end close execution across a complex regional portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with controllership and reporting.
At least 5 years of people-leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure preferred.
English proficiency at a professional level.

Responsibilities

Lead controllership of actuals for the assigned portfolio.
Oversee end-to-end close governance and audit readiness.
Translate financial results into actionable insights for senior leaders.
Partner with Global Services Finance and regional leadership on accounting and reporting.
Drive standardized processes, risk management and operational excellence.
