Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5 years of finance or related experience required.
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and finance systems (Lynx, CFIN, AFO, Bravo) preferred.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across multiple teams, and manage stakeholder expectations in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Accounting & Reporting across all tiers for the Country Finance Manager's scope.
• Coordinate and report actual results with World Headquarters and Corporate GOC finance leadership.
• Own the Trial Balance, INcome Statement, Balance Sheet Reviews, and BS-75 reporting; drive related controls.
• Approve Actuals submissions in BRAVO and comply with SOX controls; support audits with PwC and Compliance.
• Lead GS Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement projects such as SigniFi.
