Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead technical support for facilities, utilities, building operations and critical infrastructure. You will design, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize systems while guiding capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support manufacturing operations.

This onsite role at the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location requires residency in Puerto Rico at start; relocation is not offered.

Formación

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on engineering support for facilities equipment, utilities, BMS, infrastructure and capital projects.
• Serve as primary technical contact for HVAC, fire protection, boilers, chillers, and related systems.
• Lead facilities capital improvement projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and equipment suppliers ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and records for facilities and building systems.
• Apply Lean principles to improve equipment, processes and utilities.
