Collins Aerospace is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer to lead complex facilities projects and infrastructure initiatives across our site operations. You will oversee upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and manage capital projects to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.

This onsite role is based at Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. You must reside in Puerto Rico at start; relocation is not offered.

Formación

• Typically requires a STEM degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities projects and infrastructure improvements across utilities, buildings, and site systems.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, and chillers.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and operating expenses for projects and maintenance.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support facilities work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements and maintain records.
• Plan facility layout changes and office relocations and guide cross-functional teams.
