In this role, you will oversee shop floor activities, workforce planning, production scheduling, and operational performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve production challenges, and support the successful execution of manufacturing operations.
