Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to support maintenance, repair, and day-to-day operation of our buildings and equipment at the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site. You will perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance across multiple trades, coordinating with contractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient facilities.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and maintaining accurate work records. U.S.

Formación

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilidades

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and facility infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair building fixtures and equipment including doors, locks, windows, flooring, shelving, lighting.
• Perform minor repairs to roofs, walls, brick, plaster, concrete, and related structures; paint and maintenance.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, unclog drains, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Create, execute, and close work orders using maintenance software; document completed work.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Serve as a facilities liaison to other departments and coordinate maintenance activities.
