The Nuclear Company seeks an experienced Estimator to support project development in the nuclear and energy sector. You will develop cost estimates following AACE practices, interfacing with engineering, procurement, and project controls to build reliable estimates with a solid basis of estimate.

You will leverage HCSS HeavyBid, InEight Estimate, Sage Estimating, CostOS, and AI-driven benchmarking to improve accuracy across the fleet.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls.
• 5+ years of experience as an estimator on large projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and work breakdown structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate Development: align with phase-appropriate AACE classifications.
• Create a Basis of Estimate with sufficient information for reproducibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning & testing, regulatory, and project controls.
• Identify risks and assumptions with quantitative analysis.
• Utilize estimating software and cost databases for detailed, auditable estimates.
• Apply AI/machine learning for parametric estimating and benchmarking.
