This role will initially be fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid model based in Medellín as the local team expands. Candidates should have proven experience in concrete construction and possess strong skills in estimating, with familiarity in tools such as Tekla Structures and Bluebeam. Formación

• Proven experience in concrete construction and/or structural projects.
• Strong background in estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.
• Review and analyze plans related to structural concrete.
