Plutus21 Partners in Bogotá is searching for a leader to drive the development of its AI education and training services. The right candidate will build this practice from the ground up, working closely with the CEO to design curriculum, execute go-to-market strategies, and establish a robust instructor network.

The ideal leader will have a strong background in creating educational programs, fluency in AI tools, and experience in building teams in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish or French highly preferred.

Job Summary

Plutus21 is expanding its services to include AI education and training for businesses, and we are searching for the leader who will build this practice from inception. This is a zero-to-one mandate. Working directly with the CEO, the Lead will take the initiative from concept to market and own it end to end, from what we teach, to how we sell it, to who delivers it, to the technology it runs on. The right candidate is a proven builder with a genuine interest in education and a practical command of how businesses apply AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum: Design and develop the training curriculum, including audience segments, learning outcomes, formats, and content that teach businesses how to use and apply AI in practice.
• Go-to-market: Shape and execute the commercial strategy, spanning positioning, pricing, marketing, and sales channels, to build a pipeline of business clients.
• Instructor network: Recruit, vet, and manage a network of instructors capable of teaching businesses how to work with AI, with clear quality standards and delivery playbooks.
• Technology: Stand up the technology behind the practice, including the learning platform, delivery tools, and operational systems.
• Practice leadership: Set the roadmap, track performance against clear goals, and build the team as the practice scales.

Qualifications

• A track record of building programs, ventures, or new business lines taken from nothing to something.
• Genuine interest in education and professional training, ideally with experience designing or delivering learning programs.
• Practical fluency in AI tools and how businesses adopt and apply them.
• Commercial instincts, with comfort owning marketing, sales, and pricing decisions.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in an ambiguous, early‑stage environment.
• Based in Latin America (Bogotá preferred) or Morocco.
• Professional fluency in English, with Spanish (LatAm) or French and Arabic (Morocco) strongly preferred.
• Experience in edtech, corporate training, or professional services is a plus.
• Experience recruiting and managing contractor or instructor networks is a plus.
