You will drive technical excellence, reliability, and predictable delivery while partnering with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other engineering groups to scale secure financial infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in engineering management leading teams.
• Experience building scalable, secure systems.
• Strong backend and data infrastructure knowledge.

• Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance to scale infrastructure.
• Set standards for software architecture, testing, security, and observability.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of services.
