BairesDev is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to design and develop high-performance firmware for a variety of hardware platforms. You will bridge hardware constraints and software execution, ensuring system efficiency and reliability in mission-critical environments.

This role offers 100% remote work and highly competitive compensation. You will architect firmware for microcontrollers, implement device drivers, and integrate RTOS like FreeRTOS or Zephyr.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Embedded Systems Engineering or firmware development.
• Proven expertise in C/C++ programming for microcontrollers and embedded Linux.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
• Proficiency in developing device drivers and performing low-level debugging.
• Strong background in building firmware for IoT, automotive, or industrial devices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop robust firmware for microcontrollers and embedded Linux systems.
• Design and implement low-level device drivers to facilitate seamless hardware-software communication.
• Integrate real-time operating systems (RTOS) to manage complex task scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct deep-dive debugging and performance tuning at the hardware abstraction layer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements for IoT, automotive, or industrial applications.
• Ensure system stability and security through rigorous testing and low-level code optimization.
