Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking a data-driven E-commerce Operation Manager with 5+ years of experience to scale our digital commerce ecosystem in Latin America.

You will manage end-to-end marketplace operations on Mercado Libre and Amazon, align distributors, forecast inventory, and optimize retail media ROI. Fluent English is required for international communication and reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years in E-commerce, Marketplace Ops and Digital Commercial Management.
• Hands-on mastery of Mercado Libre and Amazon backend, listings and retail media ads.
• Strong supply chain & financial acumen: inventory forecasting, distributor mgmt, P&L optimization.
• Fluent/professional English for daily work and international reporting (C1 preferred).
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and robust reporting.

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on E-commerce Operation Manager with 5+ years of experience to scale and manage our digital commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations (Mercado Libre, Amazon), distributor alignment, inventory forecasting, and high-ROI Retail Media management.

We need a candidate with a strong strategic mindset, high adaptability, and fluent English skills to drive profitable GMV growth and execute seamless commercial strategies.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, and Digital Commercial Management.

• Platform Mastery: In-depth hands-on experience and knowledge of Mercado Libre, Amazon (backend management, listing optimization, and retail media ads).

• Supply Chain & Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in SI, SO, DOS, inventory forecasting, distributor management, and P&L optimization.

• Languages: Fluent / Professional English (C1 level preferred - required for daily work, international communication, and reporting).

• Technical & Digital Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools, and strong reporting capabilities.

• Soft Skills & Mindset: Strategic mindset, open-minded, high resilience, proactive problem-solver, and a strong collaborative team player.
