Baker Hughes in Colombia seeks a Digital Sales Senior Specialist for Well Construction LATAM to develop strategic plans driving digital revenue growth across the region and product segments.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, coordinate with product, engineering and marketing to align offerings with market needs and build a robust pipeline.

A bachelor's degree, SaaS account sales experience, and fluency in English and Portuguese are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with Software/SaaS account sales.
• Knowledge of Well Construction, Drilling, Remote Monitoring, or Performance Optimization.
• Knowledge of financial, competitor, upstream environment.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, own and drive strategic sales account plans to grow revenue across Region and Product Segment.
• Engage with C-level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Well Construction portfolio.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnerships with key clients.
• Lead with technical sales reps for deep technical dives and solutions.
• Lead pipeline planning, creation and maintenance across the market.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales to align digital offerings to market demands.
• Work with leaders to develop growth strategies across product offerings with enterprise customers.
