First Line Software is seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to bridge technical SEO execution with long-term strategy across client projects in Bogotá. You’ll drive organic growth, analyze web data, refine content strategies, and ensure seamless integration across marketing stacks.

You will lead SEO audits, optimize site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data; manage on-page content, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation.

Formación

• Proven senior-level expertise in technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Fluency with GA4 and Google Search Console; translates data into actions.
• Strong content strategy, planning, and email marketing experience.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Broad marketing stack awareness of CMS, CRM, and analytics integration.

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level expertise in technical SEO (site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data) and on-page/content optimization
• Deep fluency in GA4 and Google Search Console, with a track record of translating data into actionable strategic recommendations
• Solid background in content strategy and planning, as well as email marketing execution
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Broad marketing stack awareness—ability to understand and advise on how CMS, CRM, and analytics tools integrate
• Ability to solve immediate technical SEO challenges while building toward long-term growth visions
• Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills
