AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to ensure 24/7 stability for a multi-cloud security program. You will act as Incident Commander on major incidents while owning IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM telemetry using Terraform and Wiz.

The role requires 5+ years of SRE experience in a 24/7 production setting, with hands-on incident-command skills, automation focus, and a strong track record of post-incident remediation and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in 24x7 environments.
• Hands-on incident-command leadership during major incidents.
• Strong background in multi-cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficient with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD automation.
• Experience deploying CNAPP/CSPM tools (Wiz preferred).
• Familiar with PCI-DSS/SOC2 compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Scale and maintain operational stability across multi-cloud environments.
• Design and maintain IaC configurations and CSPM guardrails.
• Build and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments.
• Lead major incident calls and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Draft post-incident reports and stakeholder communications.
• Develop runbooks and playbooks for incident response.
• Mentor junior SREs and drive automation initiatives.
