AgileEngine is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE to ensure 24/7 stability for a multi-cloud enterprise program. You will own IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM telemetry, acting as Incident Commander for major incidents and driving remediation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SRE experience in a financial services 24/7 setting, hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python/Go, and experience with PCI-DSS/SOC2 compliance. Remote-friendly with global teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps
• Architectural expertise in multi-cloud defense, IAM and zero-trust
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration and scripting
• Senior-level incident-command experience in 24x7 production
• Experience deploying APIs from CNAPP/CSPM platforms
• Experience with PCI-DSS/SOC2 compliance
• Autonomous with ability to mentor mid-level SREs
• Strong incident communications to technical and executive audiences

Responsabilidades

• Scale and maintain operational stability across multi-cloud environments
• Engineer IaC and security baselines to prevent misconfigurations
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for APMS ingestion and deployment
• Respond to incidents as Incident Commander and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Draft post-incident remediation plans and drive systemic fixes
• Develop and socialize incident-management playbooks and runbooks
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders throughout lifecycle
• Mentor mid-level SREs and evolve runbooks and escalation procedures
