A technology solutions provider is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer in Colombia. This role involves supporting customer-facing platforms, managing incidents, and ensuring system reliability across large-scale cloud applications. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of AWS, and familiarity with observability tools. Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale cloud applications.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to support critical, customer-facing platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for incident management, system reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization across large-scale cloud-based applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and reliability of production systems
• Lead and participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA
• Work closely with Development, Product, and third-party partners
• Use observability tools to detect, analyze, and prevent issues
• Manage incidents and tasks using Jira and ServiceNow
• Perform final validation testing on web and mobile applications
• Contribute to automation, security, and disaster recovery initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale cloud applications (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management / Production Support
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, especially Lambda / Serverless & API Gateways
• Experience with Observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Lumigo, or similar)
• Good understanding of eCommerce / SaaS systems (Delivery, Loyalty is a plus)
• Working knowledge of SQL, Linux, Shell scripting, Git
• Familiarity with GraphQL and networking fundamentals
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3rd-party delivery aggregators
• Exposure to security management or disaster recovery
• Willingness to grow in automation and programming
