MAS Global Consulting is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team. You will be the front line for triage and operational support, owning requests, triaging by urgency, and providing resolution or escalation with clear context.

You will handle KTLO tasks, AWS IAM/VPC issues, Terraform/Spacelift workflows, and IaC changes. Collaboration across teams and a service-oriented mindset are essential to reduce operational toil.

Formación

• 5 years of infrastructure, DevOps, or systems engineering experience in a cloud environment.
• Advanced English (B2/C1) is mandatory for strong communication.
• Hands-on experience with AWS fundamentals (IAM, VPC, EC2).
• Working familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Spacelift, or equivalent) and Git-based workflows.
• Comfortable operating a request or ticket queue and communicating clearly with engineers across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for infrastructure teams, owning the incoming request and ticket queue; triage by urgency and impact; resolve routine items; escalate the rest with context.
• Handle routine KTLO activities: IAM access requests, AWS quota increases, SFTP grants, and standard IaC changes.
• Troubleshoot core networking issues (VPC, DNS, inter-account connectivity) and escalate deeper faults with diagnostics.
• Execute recurring operational tasks such as AMI patch cycles and configuration management with Ansible.
• Reduce toil by enhancing self-service through updated runbooks, documentation, and FAQs.
