AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain 24/7 stability for a multi-cloud program. You will own IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM telemetry, acting as Incident Commander during major incidents. You will also draft communications and develop playbooks alongside security guardrails using Terraform and Wiz.

The role requires 5+ years of SRE experience in a 24/7 financial services environment with hands-on incident handling and strong automation skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps roles.
• Architectural expertise in multi-cloud defense, IAM, and zero-trust.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting (Python/Go).
• Senior-level incident-command experience in 24x7 environments.
• Experience drafting incident communications and runbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Scale and maintain stability across Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines to support secure deployments.
• Respond to incidents as Incident Commander and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Draft post-incident remediation plans and drive closure.
• Develop and socialize incident-management playbooks and runbooks.
