AgileEngine, a leading software design agency, seeks a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity for CPG clients. You will move from wireframes to polished visuals, mentor junior designers, and present to clients.

You’ll collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, apply design best practices, and continuously improve workflows with AI. The role combines autonomy with teamwork and requires strong communication.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking for web and mobile experiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to realize project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in design discussions.
• UX and UI skill set including wireframes and information architecture.
• Ability to articulate digital design terms to clients and defend implementations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to deliver high quality work on time.
• Experience designing for omnichannel including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social and campaigns.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or similar discipline.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new tools and workflows including AI enhancements.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and design processes.
